At Grain Wood Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your solid wood purchase. If your new furniture doesn't perfectly fit your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item and pack it back into its original shipping cartons with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the boxes and drop them off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
